Before you sign an LOI, get a straight answer about the business you’re considering, and whether you’re ready to own it.
I’m not here to talk you into buying a business. I’m here to help you see what you’re getting into, spot potential problems, and decide whether this particular business makes sense for you. I join your first seller call to hear the answers for myself.
$750 pre-LOI review. Written findings within 5 business days.

A profitable business can still be a bad acquisition for the wrong buyer.
Sometimes the numbers look good, but the business isn’t a good fit for the buyer. Sometimes the buyer is ready, but the business has too many unanswered questions. And sometimes neither is ready.
I’ll tell you what I see, even if it’s not what you hoped to hear.
I’m not paid to get the deal closed. I’m paid to give you an independent perspective before you make a major commitment.
On video, so I can watch how the questions get answered. What a seller says about the business matters. How they say it, what they reach for, what they skip past, and which questions make them uncomfortable matters just as much, and none of it shows up in any document you will be sent afterward.
This is a preliminary review, not a full audit, a legal review, a business valuation, or comprehensive due diligence. When you need one of those, I will tell you, and I will tell you who to call.
The opportunity looks worth investigating further.
Important questions, risks, or readiness gaps need to be addressed first.
Based on what is available, I see reasons this may not be the right deal for you.

I was under contract on a $1.1M home services business with my own money committed and the SBA application underway. I had spent six weeks on it and fully intended to close.
Then I found that its entire workforce was misclassified as independent contractors. When I modeled what those workers would cost on payroll, the real earnings were negative. The $4,000 appraisal the bank required had valued the business without any of it.
I walked away. Knowing when to walk away can be just as valuable as knowing when to buy.

Tell me about the business you are looking at and where you are in the process. I will reply within one business day with whether this is a fit and what I would need from you.
Before you send me anything confidential, I will sign an NDA.
Prefer email first? Send me the listing or CIM. If it is something I can help with, I will tell you where I would look first.
Work is delivered remotely through records, authorized interviews, and system walkthroughs. An investigation reduces what you’re guessing about. It does not guarantee every hidden liability is found or that a purchase is safe. Legal opinions, tax advice, financial statement audits, formal quality-of-earnings opinions, licensing determinations, and property or environmental inspections are outside the service. Where physical verification is needed, you’ll need an independent local specialist.
